Who would’ve thought the kid sent to remedial reading classes would end up reading books for a living? It’s true, my elementary school teacher sent me to a program for struggling readers – but soon enough I was that kid constantly getting in trouble for his nose in a book, instead of listening to teachers.
I'm a bearded, flannel wearing actor and audio producer from the Pacific Northwest. I love to entertain by any means necessary. From life as a theatre kid, to playing music on stage or busking in the street, dancing, or even doing stunts on a pogo stick.
I was born and raised in the Seattle area by my two Moms' (yep 🏳️🌈) surrounded by - and often drenched in – water. My time was split with my dad and large Hispanic family in Colorado, where my summers were spent tromping around mountains and eating an abundance of pork chili verde.
I'm a professionally certified ballroom dance instructor, and a master of picking up hobbies and putting them back down. Several that have stood the test of time are my love of playing music (drums and ukulele especially), rock climbing, traveling in my 1978 Volkswagen hippie van, and working with sourdough bread. Someday I will succeed in the unending quest to bake the perfect homemade pizza.
