Phoenix was a chronically ill teen with nothing but inevitable death in her future. That hasn’t changed much, but her failing body has after getting transported across realities. Now she’s stumbling her way through a new world, gaining magical abilities, meeting gods, making friends, fighting monsters, determined to make something of herself and finally feel useful to others for a change... hopefully without dying too much.
